Divisha Vijay, B.Sc. (She/Her)

Divisha is a dedicated Psychometrist at Flourish Health Services, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Toronto and an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Science from George Brown College.

Divisha has worked extensively with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and learning differences. Her professional background includes roles in both clinical and research settings, where she has conducted comprehensive psychological assessments and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning. She has also provided individualized and group-based behavioural therapy as both an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapist and an Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) therapist.

Divisha is highly skilled in administering and scoring a wide range of psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, memory, and autism evaluations. She strives to create an inclusive and supportive testing environment where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. Her approach is tailored to each child’s unique needs, aiming to bring out their full potential.

In her leisure time, Divisha enjoys exploring new places, binge-watching shows on Netflix, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
