The Executive Function & Life Skills virtual group is a therapeutic program designed to support teens in developing the skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

Unstuck and On Target is an evidence-based intervention program designed to improve executive functioning skills in children, particularly those with autism and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The program focuses on helping children with difficulties in flexibility, goal-setting, and planning, which are common executive functioning challenges.

This group is designed for neurodivergent AFAB (girls & non-binary) in grades 2-4, identifying as autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD (both autism & ADHD). Our goal is to provide a neuro-affirming supportive social environment for individuals to connect with peers, learn skills, and have fun!
