    The Overthinking Society is a psychologist-led group for girls who think about everything. They replay conversations, worry about making mistakes, analyze friendships, imagine worst-case scenarios, and often put tremendous pressure on themselves to get things right.

    Ready to Work is a psychologist-led intensive designed to help students develop the practical and psychological skills needed to navigate employment, post-secondary education, and adult responsibilities with greater confidence and independence.

    Unstuck and On Target is an evidence-based intervention program designed to improve executive functioning skills in children, particularly those with autism and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The program focuses on helping children with difficulties in flexibility, goal-setting, and planning, which are common executive functioning challenges.
