Now Hiring: Psychometric Assistant
Location: Flourish Health Services – Toronto, ON
Status: Full-time | In-person
Start Date: July 2025

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting meaningful work in child and youth mental health? Flourish Health Services is looking for a Psychometric Assistant to join our growing psychometry team.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality psychological assessments for children, teens, and families by providing administrative and clerical support to our psychometrists and supervising psychologists.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage digital and paper questionnaires (e.g., BASC, BRIEF, SRS)
• Prepare, scan, and upload test protocols and client forms
• Track appointment schedules and testing materials
• Maintain confidential files and clinical documentation
• Provide general office support (e.g., data entry, materials prep, file organization, light cleaning duties)
• Liaise with clinicians to ensure smooth coordination of assessment workflows

Who You Are
• Organized, efficient, and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital platforms and learning new systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communicator with a calm, respectful, and professional presence
• Sensitive to the needs of neurodivergent children, youth, and families

Assets
• Experience in a clinical, educational, or administrative setting
• Background in psychology, education, health sciences, or a related field
• Familiarity with psychological assessments (training will be provided)
• A neurodiversity-affirming mindset and commitment to inclusive care
