Emily Hargreaves (She/Her)

As the Administrative Lead at Flourish Health Services, Emily Hargreaves plays a key role in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with heart. She brings a calm presence, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep commitment to creating a welcoming environment for families and clinicians alike. Drawing on years of experience in office management—most recently at Venvi Donway Place—Emily handles complex scheduling, billing, and client communication with ease. Bilingual in English and French, she is known for her professionalism, empathy, and ability to problem-solve in real time.

From 2017 to 2024, Emily focused on raising her two children—an experience that refined her ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and lead with compassion. She remained active in her community during this time, volunteering at Bowmore Road Public School where she supported the school’s nutrition program for over 1,000 students. This period of full-time caregiving not only sharpened her coordination skills but also deepened her appreciation for the balance between care and structure—a quality she now brings to her work every day.

Outside of work, Emily finds joy in staying active, organizing her space, and spending quality time with her family. She’s passionate about building systems that make life easier for others and finds fulfillment in the small wins that come with a well-run workplace. Her colleagues often describe her as grounded, hardworking, and warm—someone who shows up, gets things done, and makes people feel supported along the way.
