Three girls studying together

Club Au-Some | Saturdays

A Social Club for Autistic Girls in Grades 4-6

This group is designed for neurodivergent AFAB (girls & non-binary) youth in grades 4-6, identifying as autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD (both autism & ADHD). Our goal is to provide a neuro-affirming supportive social environment for individuals to connect with peers, learn skills, and have fun! We aim to:

  • Engage in fun activities to stimulate growth & creativity and foster meaningful connections with like-minded individuals

  • Explore neurodivergent identities through open discussion within the context of gender & social norms

  • Educate participants to develop skills in areas of emotion regulation, anxiety management, goal setting, independence, and self-awareness

  • Empower participants with confidence to navigate daily life by instilling insight & self-efficacy

  • Elevate opportunities for authentic self-expression & unmasking in a safe space

This age group is ideal for participants in their elementary years who are learning to accommodate their neurodivergent identity in academic and social settings.
