A Support Group for Teen Girls in Grades 9-12

This group is designed for neurodivergent AFAB (girls & non-binary) in grades 9-12, identifying as autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD (both autism & ADHD). Our goal is to provide a neuro-affirming supportive social environment for individuals to connect with peers, learn skills, and have fun!

Objectives:

• Engage in fun activities to stimulate growth & creativity and foster meaningful connections with like-minded individuals

• Explore neurodivergent identities through open discussion within the context of gender & social norms

• Educate participants to develop skills in areas of emotion regulation, anxiety management, goal setting, independence, and self-awareness

• Empower participants with confidence to navigate daily life by instilling insight & self-efficacy

• Elevate opportunities for authentic self-expression & unmasking in a safe space

This age group is ideal for participants in their later high school years who are preparing to live more independently with new adult life responsibilities.

Enrollment Information:

• Age Group: grades 9-12

• Program Duration: 8 Weeks

• Schedule: Saturdays | 1:00pm - 2:15pm

• Fee: $100 per session*

*This program is run under occupational therapy services and may be eligible for insurance coverage. Please check with your insurer to confirm.
