Executive Function & Life Skills Group for Teens Grades 11-12 & Post Secondary

The Executive Function & Life Skills virtual group is a therapeutic, strengths-based program that helps teens build practical tools to navigate school, relationships, and daily life with greater confidence. It is designed for youth who want support with building self-awareness, setting meaningful goals, creating routines, staying organized, managing emotions, prioritizing tasks, and getting started on work- even when motivation is low. This group is a great fit for students who are ready to take action and put helpful strategies into play at a pace that works for their brain.

Each week, you will receive a recap email with the resources, tools, and strategies we covered in the session, so you can revisit and apply them at your own pace.

Participation is warmly encouraged, but the group is intentionally low-pressure. Students are welcome to engage in ways that feel comfortable, with no expectation to share personal details unless they choose to.
