Executive Functioning Group for Ages 8-12

Unstuck and On Target is an evidence-based intervention program designed to improve executive functioning skills in children, particularly those with autism and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The program focuses on helping children with difficulties in flexibility, goal-setting, and planning, which are common executive functioning challenges.

Objectives:

  • Develop flexible thinking and the ability to adapt to new or unexpected situations.

  • Enhance planning skills to effectively organize tasks and manage time.

  • Cultivate adaptability to smoothly transition between activities and handle changes.

  • Boost self-confidence and independence in daily activities and academic tasks.

  • Improve problem-solving skills and reduce frustration in challenging situations.

Enrollment Information:

Age Group: 8-12 years

Course Duration: 9 Weeks

Schedule: Mondays | 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Location: Toronto Nature School, 2243 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M4E1G1

Fee: $1000 Total. 9 weeks billed at $100 per session, plus $100 parent intake session*.
