Hayley Ma, M.Sc.O.T., O.T. Reg. (She/Her)

Hayley Ma is a licensed Occupational Therapist who completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. She is also a graduate of the Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences program at McMaster University, where she specialized in Child Health and minored in Psychology.

Hayley is passionate about supporting children, youth, and their families in achieving goals that are meaningful to them. She utilizes a family-centred, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to ensure that care is collaborative and tailored to each client. Hayley strives to create a supportive space where clients and families feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their goals.

Through her clinical experiences, Hayley has worked with children and youth with a variety of strengths and challenges related to fine motor skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, and participation in daily activities. Hayley has a particular interest in supporting children with handwriting difficulties and has completed training in the Handwriting Without Tears program, which utilizes evidence-based and engaging strategies to support handwriting development, confidence, and participation in school activities.

Outside of her clinical work, Hayley enjoys learning new hobbies, going for walks, and relaxing with a reality show. She brings warmth, creativity, and genuine care to both her personal and professional life.
