Adult Therapy & Assessment
Status: Currently Accepting New Clients
At Flourish, we’re proud to offer therapy and assessment services for adults, in addition to our child and adolescent care. Our experienced therapists use evidence-based approaches to help adults navigate a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and relationship challenges.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, identity questions, or the possibility of a late-diagnosed neurodivergence, you deserve support that’s compassionate, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based care.
We provide therapy and psychological assessments for adults of all ages, from young adulthood to later life. Our approach is affirming, strengths-based, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience.
Adult Therapy at Flourish
We work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety, stress, or depression
Life transitions (career changes, parenthood, relationships, grief)
Burnout or emotional exhaustion
2SLGBTQIA+ identity exploration and support
Trauma and complex trauma
Emotional regulation and self-esteem
Relationship difficulties or family dynamics
Parenting support
Our therapists bring warmth, curiosity, and clinical expertise to every session. We strive to create a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported, exactly as you are.
Adult Assessments
Are you seeking clarity around how your brain works, why certain things feel harder than they “should,” or whether you might be autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent? We offer in-depth assessments that can help answer those questions and more.
Our adult assessments are especially well-suited for:
Individuals exploring autism or ADHD for the first time in adulthood
People who were missed or misdiagnosed in childhood
Those who want to better understand their learning, cognitive, or emotional profiles
Professionals seeking accommodations or clarity for workplace or academic settings
We take a collaborative, respectful approach to assessment. Our process is rigorous but never pathologizing, and our final reports are designed to offer not just diagnoses but insights, strategies, and practical next steps.
