Molly Pascoe, B.A. (They/Them)

Molly is excited to join the team at Flourish as an Intake Coordinator! They are passionate about neuro-affirming care, and are eager to support families with mental health and psychoeducational service navigation.

Molly is currently working on their Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology at the University of Toronto and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, studying the intersection of autism and gender diversity. With the majority of their time as a graduate student spent reading, writing, and working on data analyses, Molly sought out a client-facing role at Flourish as a way to directly interact with the population that they study, with the goal of “walking the walk” of their passion for supporting neurodivergent populations. They expect that their research will be continually informed by the direct contact they will have with families looking for support through Flourish, and hope their research expertise can be utilized by the Flourish team to enhance the support of their population of interest.

Beyond their research and educational experience, Molly has many years of experience supporting autistic youth in caregiving and group facilitation roles. They also bring to the role their lived experiences as a neurodivergent, queer, and nonbinary individual.

Outside of work hours, Molly enjoys crafting (quilting, crochet, and embroidery, primarily), cooking for loved ones, and listening to audiobooks on triple speed (the wonders of neurodivergent minds!!)
