Sena Otazca, MScOT, B.A. (She/Her)

Sena completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto, after earning her Bachelor's in Cognitive Science, with a concentration in Psychology, at McGill University.

Sena's approach to care centres around a client's most authentic self, building on their strengths and interests, rather than a one-size-fits-all model. She takes a neurodivergent-affirming, occupation-centred approach and cares a lot about making sure clients and families feel genuinely heard.

Sena did her student placement at Flourish so joining the team feels full circle. This placement gave her a close-up look at what thoughtful, individualized care can look like, and she's excited to continue building on that. 

Outside of work, Sena's usually got a mystery novel on the go, out for a run, watching a good show, or challenging her friends to games night!
