Snezana Mitrevski (She/Her)

Snezana is the Clinic Services Coordinator at Flourish, where she supports the psychotherapy team with scheduling and day-to-day clinic administration. She helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to a warm, organized, and welcoming experience for clients and families.

She brings more than 30 years of customer service experience to her role, having built strong relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and business partners throughout her career. Thoughtful communication, reliability, and exceptional service have always been central to her work, along with a genuine enjoyment of helping others.

At Flourish, Snezana brings that same people-first approach to every interaction. She believes that kindness, clear communication, and attention to detail can make a meaningful difference in someone’s experience and is proud to help create a positive environment for both clients and the team.

Snezana holds a Culinary Management Diploma from George Brown College and a Business Management Diploma from Centennial College. While her career ultimately took her in a different direction from culinary management, her education continues to inform the creativity, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail she brings to her work today.
