A Support Group for Teen Girls in Grades 9-12
This group is designed for neurodivergent girls (cisgender, transgender, and non-binary inclusive) in grades 9-12, identifying as autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD (both autism & ADHD). Our goal is to provide a neuro-affirming supportive social environment for individuals to connect with peers, learn skills, and have fun!
Objectives:
Engage in fun activities to stimulate growth & creativity and foster meaningful connections with like-minded individuals
Explore neurodivergent identities through open discussion within the context of gender & social norms
Educate participants to develop skills in areas of emotion regulation, anxiety management, goal setting, independence, and self-awareness
Empower participants with confidence to navigate daily life by instilling insight & self-efficacy
Elevate opportunities for authentic self-expression & unmasking in a safe space
This age group is ideal for participants in their later high school years who are preparing to live more independently with new adult life responsibilities.

Schedule: Saturdays | 1:00pm - 2:15pm
